Creating a high-performance team isn’t just about hiring top performers. It is also about creating a high-performance environment within which your people work. Much research has been done on this subject, and a structure has been created to map any organization’s performance environment. Once the company structure is mapped, the leader can make informed decisions on how to tweak the environment to increase performance. We work with companies to make this assessment, to teach the CEO (and his team) to better manage the environment for increased performance, and to navigate the changes.
