Listening

Being able to actively listen, ask appropriate probing questions, paraphrase to insure accurate understanding and read body language and other telltale signs is a powerful set of tools. Too few excel in this critical area. While we’ve never been hired solely to build listening skills, our retainer clients often benefit from our conviction that listening skills are indispensable.
