Assessments help us figure out where we are, so we know which way to go.  Many of them also make us think more deeply because of the questions they pose.

Business Maturity Index.  Businesses, like kids, grow up over time.  This short, free assessment will tell you what stage of maturity your business is in, and the likely challenges you face to get to the next level.  To learn more about this, Click Here.

Extended DISC.  DISC is a theory of human behavior that helps individuals become more successful by providing a clear framework to make conscious decisions about how to adjust behavior with others.  The DISC model is based on the foundations of Carl Gustav Jung’s work.  In 1928, William Moulton Marston used Dr. Jung’s model to develop the DISC model that can be used to help us better understand ourselves and other people.  The power of this model is that it is easy to learn, understand, and use because it identifies only four behavioral styles of individuals (D, I, S, C).
