Assessments help us figure out where we are, so we know which way to go. Many of them also make us think more deeply because of the questions they pose.
Check out these assessments:
Mighty Tools. These seven assessments were inspired by our book, Mighty Midsized Companies; How Leaders Overcome 7 Silent Growth Killers. They are free, and anonymous. Each one is a set of questions that we ask when we suspect challenges around one of the seven growth killers. Take one or all seven to assess your vulnerability to the 7 silent growth killers. Business Maturity Index. Businesses, like kids, grow up over time. This short, free assessment will tell you what stage of maturity your business is in, and the likely challenges you face to get to the next level. To learn more about this, Click Here.
Business Effectiveness Evaluation. This evaluation, often called agonizing, asks you 100 crucial questions to pull out the strengths and weaknesses in the way you run your business. It costs $850, and comes with a 90 minute consultation to review the results and help you see the next steps you need to take. The $850 is refundable if you sign a coaching or consulting engagement with us within 90 days. This is not an online evaluation. If you’re interested, please contact Jan Dare Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 925-829-8190 x 101.
Extended DISC. DISC is a theory of human behavior that helps individuals become more successful by providing a clear framework to make conscious decisions about how to adjust behavior with others. The DISC model is based on the foundations of Carl Gustav Jung’s work. In 1928, William Moulton Marston used Dr. Jung’s model to develop the DISC model that can be used to help us better understand ourselves and other people. The power of this model is that it is easy to learn, understand, and use because it identifies only four behavioral styles of individuals (D, I, S, C).
We offers online assessments based on the DISC model that are customized to your unique needs and preferences. You are not forced to choose from off-the-shelf reports. You can have the assessments you want for individual, team, department and organizational applications. This is not an online evaluation. If you’re interested, please contact Jan Dare Brown at email@example.com or call 925-829-8190 x 101 for pricing and ordering information. Each DISC comes with a consultation.
