strategic decisions and implementation, then orchestrated the development of
systems that will continually provide information flow. I speak both

Often times it helps the CEO to not be his/her own facilitator. I
facilitate with a CEO mindset and I do advance work to flush out opinions
and topics from the top team, as well as understanding the CEO's agenda and
