HELP US RESEARCH HOW LEADERSHIP INFRASTRUCTURE HELPS MIDSIZED COMPANIES SUSTAIN THEIR GROWTH
Our last research project culminated in publishing Mighty Mid-Sized Companies: How Leaders Overcome 7 Silent Growth Killers (Bibliomotion, Boston, MA September 2014). It was based on the research findings from over 100 interviews. Now, on to our next topic: Leadership Infrastructure.
Growing companies can be victims of their own success. When they get the growth they so desperately seek, they may just as quickly outgrow their leadership infrastructure, rendering the business chaotic and inefficient.
CEO to CEO, a management consulting firm and mid-market thought leader, is focusing a research effort on how midsized firms built their leadership infrastructure—both what worked and what didn’t. Robert Sher, Founding Principal, will direct the research, building on his own experience as a CEO and midsized company management consultant. Willing mid-market firms (revenues $10M to $1B) will be interviewed either by Robert or one of his researchers.
THE BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING
Companies that participate in the research effort will be entitled to a private post-research briefing with Robert to share the details of the research and key findings. With written permission from the people we interview, success stories may be a part of published articles.

The learnings from of the research work are delivered in several places. Most immediate is on my Forbes.com column. Here is one example of that. Deeper articles come out several times a year in my newsletter. And of course, these learnings may find their way into my future book on Leadership Infrastructure as well.
